A Legacy of Excellence in the Printing Industry

Mr Dilip Panchal started his entrepreneurial journey in 1994 by establishing Jay Khodiya Engineering Works. He kickstarted his journey as a manufacturer of steel-base cylinders in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. However, his dedication to providing the best quality products and his enthusiasm for emerging technologies soon established the company as a leading cylinder manufacturer in the region.

Mr Piyush Panchal joined his father as Director in 1996. From then, the journey of forward integration began. They established RollMake in 2008. This new and larger unit was equipped with in-house production capabilities such as pipe cold drawing, profile cutting, grinding and dynamic balancing. In 2013, another talented family member, Mr. Chintan Panchal joined the VFC board.

The company slowly expanded its production capacity, workforce and quality control department. They also incorporated CNC turning and grinding machinery. As a result, VFC emerged as one of the major suppliers to national and multi-national companies like Huhtamaki, Uflex, Tecnoplast and Manikchand.
